Tenant Information

PROSPECTIVE TENANTS

· To reserve a property an agency fee of £100 plus vat is payable for a single person. For each additional tenant there is a further charge of £25 plus vat.  The property cannot be taken off the market until this fee has been received. 

· All tenants will be required to complete a tenancy application form and references will be sought.  In some cases a guarantor may be required or 6 months rental payment in advance requested.  Application forms are available on request.

· All persons over the age of eighteen that will be residing in the property must be named on the tenancy agreement.

· Restrictions may apply to some properties, please ask for details.

· There is a minimum fixed period of six months on most properties, if you require a shorter let please inform the office.

· At commencement of the tenancy, the first months rent must be paid in the form of cash or bankers draft.  Personal or company cheques cannot be accepted for this initial payment.

· Please note that any arrangements made during negotiations are subject to contract and satisfactory references.
